By the end of one visit, you'll have a clear answer.
One Visit, The Full Picture
Think of it like getting the car inspected before a road trip: you're not looking for trouble, you want to know it'll get you there. Here's what the visit covers.
Operational testing. A full inspection of your whole heating system, performed by a trained service technician.
Capacity and efficiency testing. We measure whether your system can still put out the heat your home needs on the coldest nights, and whether it's doing that at peak efficiency.
A condition report you keep. A written pass/fail report on every component we test, so you know about wear and likely issues before they become an emergency.
Know exactly where you stand. If anything needs servicing or replacement, you get a written quote, so there’s no mystery about what it would cost and no pressure about when to act.
We inspect every kind of home heating
Heat pumps (ducted, multi-split, and mini-split), furnaces, boilers, wall-hung combi systems, in-floor radiant, and hot water radiators, plus the controls and HRV that run them. If it heats your home, it's covered in this visit.
Is the visit right for your home?
The inspection makes the most sense for homes that haven't had their heating looked at in a year or more, and for any system approaching its tenth birthday. If your system was serviced recently and running well, you probably don't need this.

The Winter Inspection is $249
That’s the whole number. It covers the full visit: the testing, the written report, and a quote for anything that needs attention. No call-out fee on top, no surprise charges at the door, nothing added when the truck pulls up.
