EMERGENCY HVAC SERVICE
Call us at (604) 227.7612. Tell us what's going on and where you are, and we will give you an honest answer on when we can be there. We'll move heaven and earth to make sure you're not stuck in a cold house, or a sweltering one.
If your home doesn't feel livable, it counts as an emergency. Not sure which side of the line you're on? Give us a call anyway. We'll help you work through whether this needs an emergency call out or whether it can safely wait, and if it can wait, we'll get you booked in properly as soon as possible. See our heat pump repair page for the non-urgent path.
Most breakdowns send a warning first, and maintenance is how you hear it. Comfort Club members get two inspections a year, with cleaning, precision adjustments, and a safety and reliability check each time, so the small problems get caught in October rather than discovered in January. For systems that support it, Remote Monitoring watches performance between visits and flags a change before it becomes a larger issue.

Leave the house first and call FortisBC's emergency line, then call us once you're somewhere safe.
Get everyone out of the house and call 911 before you call us. The same goes if anyone at home has a headache, nausea, or dizziness that lifts when they step outside.
That depends on where you are and the work we currently have lined up for the day. When you call, we will assess your situation rather than give you a blanket promise on call out times.
We're based in Squamish, with some of our team based on the North Shore. We work across the Sea to Sky corridor and the North Shore, including Whistler, North Vancouver, and West Vancouver.
We love heat pumps, but we also service, maintain and install furnaces too.
We won't. That's just not our style. You'll get a diagnosis, a quote, and all the information you'll need to make an informed decision whatever situation you may find yourself in. We believe that repairing a system that has life left in it is a good option and keeps working equipment out of the landfill.
Keep doors closed to hold temperature in the rooms you're using, don't run a system that's making burning smells or grinding sounds. Tell us on the phone what your seeing and we'll let you know if there's anything else worth doing before we arrive.
