These terms govern your use of porcupinemechanical.com (the "website"), operated by Porcupine Mechanical Ltd. ("Porcupine Mechanical," "we," "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

Who We Are

The website provides general information about our services and lets you request consultations, book appointments, download resources, and contact us. Content on the website is general information, not advice for your specific home or system. Actual services, pricing, and warranties are governed by the written proposal or service agreement you receive from us, not by anything on this website. If this website and your signed proposal ever say different things, the proposal wins.

Booking & Consultation Requests

Submitting a booking or consultation request through the website is a request, not a confirmed appointment or a contract for services. We'll confirm scheduling with you directly. Any estimates discussed before a written proposal are preliminary.

Comfort Club Purchases

You can purchase a Comfort Club membership through the website. What the membership includes is described on the Comfort Club page, and the price, including applicable taxes, is shown before you pay. Your membership is governed by these terms, the membership description at the time of purchase, and your purchase confirmation.

Memberships run on a 12-month term, paid either up front or in 12 monthly payments. Monthly payments are a payment plan for the annual term, not a month-to-month membership. Unless your checkout or purchase confirmation states that your membership renews automatically, we will contact you about renewal before your term ends. Where automatic renewal applies, your membership renews for a further 12-month term until cancelled, and we will notify you before any price change takes effect at renewal.

You can cancel by emailing [email protected] or calling 604.227.7612. Cancelled memberships run to the end of the paid term, and no refund is provided for the unused portion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We don't store your full card number on our systems.

Your use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest content or data, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Communications

When you submit a form with your contact details, you consent to us contacting you about your request by email, phone, or text. Marketing communications are sent only in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Intellectual property

Everything on this website including text, images, the Porcupine Mechanical name and logo, our porcupine characters and illustrations, and the "Heat pumps for homes" and "Where cozy lives" taglines belongs to Porcupine Mechanical or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

Reviews & Submissions

If you send us a review, testimonial, photo, or other feedback, you give us permission to use it in our marketing, and we'll make reasonable efforts to confirm with you before using your name. You confirm anything you submit is yours to share.
